Jason Questor has close to 30 years professional experience in business and information technology management, program, project and product management, marketing communications and learning systems development and delivery. Jason provides business transformation consulting with client management and staff personnel to align organizational culture with strategy, codify business rules and improve business practices. As a management coach and mentor, Jason works to leverage the interpersonal effectiveness, professional and technical skills of organizational leaders to create inspired teams and market leading products and services.

Jason has developed and delivered leadership and professional skills training programs for global clients including AT&T, Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, Cisco Systems, Deloitte, Hatch, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Rogers Communications, Royal Bank of Canada, TELUS and Wardrop Engineering. His work with government agencies includes the Canada Revenue Agency, the BC Ministry of Government Services, the US Mint, The US Navy Air Command, the US Army Corps of Engineers and The US Department of Energy - Los Alamos Research Laboratory.

In support of ACHIEVEBLUE’s leadership and culture work, Jason has provided individual leader and team debriefing and coaching for government and private sector clients. He developed and delivers several foundation and advanced custom courses in business analysis for clients including RBC, BMO and TELUS and developed the complete business analysis program curriculum offered by ACHIEVEBLUE. Clients who have engaged Jason for the development and delivery of leadership and management programs include Hatch, Wardrop Engineering and Shoppers Drug Mart.  Jason leads the marketing communications team at ACHIEVEBLUE and provides pre and post sales consultation for key accounts.

Jason is founding President of the Toronto Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis, and served as Editor and Contributor for the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge. Jason is currently leading the team for the development of the Handbook of Enterprise Business Analysis for the IIBA.
