Jessica Chaikowsky is the newest member of the AchieveBlue team with over 18 years in the learning and development arena with extensive experience in project management, instructional design and facilitation.  Beginning her career with Nortel, she moved to NAV CANADA where she was responsible for developing air traffic control systems training along with providing coaching and mentoring to employees on communication and training delivery skills.  With 7 years at Canadian Management Centre, Jessica partnered with upwards of 75 Canadian companies, customizing management and leadership programs aligned to current business challenges.  In 2010, Jessica completed her Executive MBA with the Richard Ivey School of Business. Jessica clearly understands the links between strategy and culture and in her work encourages clients to look at systemic rather than just symptomatic issues.  She also understands that each corporate culture is unique and enjoys a collaborative approach to solutions development.

At AchieveBlue, Jessica will apply her business acumen and passion for culture and employee development in her role as Vice President of Business Development.  She will also support AchieveBlue in our customer engagement efforts, driving a social media strategy that will highlight our thought leadership along with our community involvement efforts.
