The  management challenges that managers face are probably greater today than at any other time in history. Competition is ferocious. Budgets are tighter. The NEW Lead To Succeed Program, designed for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) as well as large enterprises will help leaders meet those challenges head-on. The Lead To Succeed Program will help organizations to:

The Curriculum

The Lead to Succeed Program encompasses four areas of concentration that together create a solid baseline for progress and achievement: Strategic Visioning, People Skills, Team Skills and Process Skills. Each of these core focus areas is elaborated into key topical areas that build competency incrementally.

Our goal is to offer these courses in the most flexible and scalable way. Whether you register for the entire curriculum or just the specific courses you need, in-class or online (virtual classroom or self-paced), the practical focus of the learning will produce the results you want.

    • Managing to the GAME™ Plan - 4 hours
    • Effective Delegation- 4 hours

  • Team Skills
    • Change Leadership- 4 hours
    • Proactive Conflict Management- 4 hours
    • Collaboration and Teamwork - 1 day - offered only in instructor-led format
  • Process Skills
    • Continuous Improvement for Managers - 2 days- offered only in instructor-led format
